Carbonova was born from an unexpected convergence —
enthusiasts, traditional industry, and emerging material technology colliding at precisely the right moment.

What began as a conversation between two worlds gradually became something far more serious.

A few engineers who loved riding fast started experimenting with advanced materials — initially as a passion project, almost as a game. A way of paying for curiosity with time, risk, and obsession.

But as the experimentation deepened, the “game” evolved into rigorous testing, research, and validation.
And somewhere along the way, we realized we were no longer playing.

We were building something new.

Advanced materials are fascinating.
Applying them meaningfully — without compromise — is not.

Carbonova exists because we believed carbon-ceramic technology deserved a place in cycling, not as a novelty, but as a legitimate performance standard.

Why Is the Founder’s Edition Limited to 100 Units Worldwide?

Because each disc is not stamped — it is synthesized under high pressure and finished with precision machining.

This manufacturing philosophy runs counter to large-scale industrial production.

At this stage, we refuse to sacrifice tolerance, validation, or engineering discipline for volume.

The first production run is dedicated to:

• Weight-obsessed performance builders

• Riders who understand that in the pursuit of performance, the final 1% makes all the difference

We are introducing carbon-ceramic technology — a material born in aerospace and perfected on Formula 1 circuits — into the world of cycling.
