🕒 1. Pre-Order Timeline

  • Pre-orders open: February 15, 2026
  • Estimated shipping date: All pre-ordered items will begin dispatching on July , 2026.
  • Please note: Your order will be processed and shipped together once all items are ready. We do not offer partial shipments for pre-order products.

🚚 2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders totaling $200 USD or more (before taxes).
  • Orders under $200 will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Shipping costs displayed at checkout include only transportation from our warehouse to your delivery address — they do not cover import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

🌍 3. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • Important: The price you pay at checkout does NOT include any import duties, VAT, GST, or other customs-related charges imposed by your country’s government.
  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are typically collected by the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) upon delivery.
  • By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any such charges. We cannot refund or reimburse customs fees.
  • If your package is returned due to unpaid duties, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees.💡 Tip: Check with your local customs office for estimated import costs before ordering.

📍 4. Delivery Timeframes

  • After dispatch (starting July, 2026), delivery typically takes:
    • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
    • Europe: 7–14 business days
    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days
  • Please allow additional time during peak seasons or unforeseen customs delays. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.

  • You can monitor your package in real time via the carrier’s website.
